Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind/size returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping after review.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in the same currency used at checkout (e.g., USD, CAD).
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid to carriers/customs are non-refundable.
