At Fit To Lead Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery within 4–6 business days.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in the original packaging

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after review and approval.

No restocking fees are charged.

How to Start a Return

If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time is typically 7–12 business days after inspection approval. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Refunds are processed in the same currency used during checkout (e.g., USD, CAD).

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid to customs or carriers are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
